The walls in this loft were insulated with celotex type insulation then plaster-boarded, this was done by the company
who did the conversion, we were then called in to skim the walls and ceilings ready for skirting boards and painting.
The loft space was accessed from the landing and consisted of two rooms, a bedroom and a storage room. A velux
window had been fitted to allow in more natural light, the beams were allowed to run through the room to avoid losing
any valuable headroom when boarding and the entire room, including the beams were skimmed.
