This house was a tired rental property under the previous owner, it needed a lot of work doing to it before it was fit for
habitation again, the big job in the house was the kitchen which we gutted, pulled down half the ceiling and fitted roof
windows, re-plastered, tiled the floor and fitted the kitchen before painting.
We managed the job from start to finish acting as one point of contact for the customer.
